Great Camden Haven family holiday accommodation at North Haven on the beautiful NSW Mid North Coast. Two minutes to Laurieton. 1/2 hour drive to Port Macquarie.

Situated on the banks of the beautiful Camden Haven River, Haven Waters Motel & Suites is the ideal spot to base yourself to explore the Camden Haven and Greater Port Macquarie regions.

Our Motel rooms have been decorated with attention to detail to make your stay away from home more comfortable. All but two rooms are at ground level with scenic tranquil views of the gardens.

Our Suites are comfortably appointed and maintained, providing all the comforts of home. The serviced 'apartment style' Suites are fully self contained, offering 1 or 2 separate bedroom(s), a full size kitchen, living and dining area, large bathroom, most with bath and shower.

Relax by the pool, soak away your cares in the heated spa or just chill out in the gardens. All rooms and suites offer queen size beds and are fully air-conditioned. Austar and free wireless broadband internet are also a feature.

Activities and attractions in the area are many and diverse. The bustling regional capital of Port Macquarie, with it's restaurants, shopping, attractions and other amenities one would expect from a city, is only a half hour drive away. Visit Sea Acres Rainforest Centre or the world's first Koala Hospital. One of the major attractions in the region is Timbertown at Wauchope. This recreated village is set on 87 hectares and depicts the pioneering life of the region in the 1800s.

For the more adventurous guests there are a multitude of activities. Try kayaking or canoing in the vast waterways of the immediate area. Hire kayaks from Dunbogan Boatshed. Why not a bit of hang gliding or para-sailing with the team at High Adventure. There are four quality golf courses in the area, all located no more than 30 minutes drive from Haven Waters. Regional National Parks, such as Crowdy Bay, Dooragan, Middle Brother and, Kattang and Queens Lake Nature Reserves offer chances to experience both nature and history. Grab a coffee at 490 m ASL at North Brother Mountain's Summit Cafe. The Diamond Head walk in the Crowdy Bay NP is, in our opinion, one of the best short coastal walks in the country. While there, visit 'Kylie's Hut', which writer Kylie Tenant used as a retreat during the 40s and 50s.
